General purchasing terms

Order

To place an order you have to connect to www.inaures.com and enter the products you wish to purchase, according to the indications in the screen display. You must register as a customer by filling out the electronic form following the instructions therein. After your registration the order form will appear to validate. If you do not enter your personal data that appears on the forms of this web site INAURES will not be able to accomodate your request.

According to the law of the Spanish State (Ley Orgánica 15/1999 13 de Diciembre y Ley 34/2002 11 de Julio de Servicios de la Información y Comercio Electrónico) your privacy will be guaranteed and under no circumstances will information by you be provided to third parties or companies.

All the prices quoted include VAT. These prices do not include the shipping costs, which are listed separately, as provided below. The client agrees to pay the shipping costs.

Once the purchase is made, within 24 hours, INAURES will send to the client the confirmation of purchase by e-mail. If the client does not agree to the information provided in the confirmation he/she may request an amendment or cancellation of the contract.

Forms and deadlines of shipping

The products are sent to the address you have provided us. We do not send any products to post office
boxes, therefore we need the exact delivery address. The customer agrees to facilitate the delivery of the
requested order by giving INAURES a delivery address so that the order can be delivered within the usual
time. In case of default by the client INAURES has no responsabilty for delays or failures in delivery of the order requested.

The usual delivery period of the INAURES order is from 7 to 10 days from the date of order. Should there be a problem that prevents INAURES to send the package within this period, we will contact you with more information.

All orders are sent by registered mail which can be reclaimed in the case of any problems.

Express shipments in Spain is 8.50€
Shipping price in Europe is 11.00€
Express shipments in Europe is 14.00€

Payment

We offer you 3 payment options for you to choose the most convenient:

1- By Credit Card
INAURES has a secure system that avoids any possible manipulation of data when sent via internet. The credit card details will only be readable by the bank which will act as an intermediary between you and INAURES. In the event of any problem of shipping, we will refund the amount to your credit card within a period not exceeding 15 days from the date of shipping. We accept VISA and MASTERCARD or by PayPal. Inaures does´nt accept payments over 500€ if you pay by Credit card or PayPal.

2- PAYMENT BY BANK TRANSFER
If you choose this method, and after confirming all the information, you can follow the provided instructions in order to make a safe payment.

The transfer should be made within a maximum of 7 days of placing the order to the following account:

It is very important when making the transfer that you indicate your name and surname in accordance with the Spanish State law ((Ley Orgánica 15/1999 13 de Diciembre y Ley 34/2002 11 de Julio de Servicios de Información y Comercio Electrónico). We fully guarantee your privacy and under no circumstances will any information that you provide will be given to third parties or companies.

Once we receive the bank´s confirmation, we will activate your purchase. The delivery time is counted from that date. The bank transfer must be made in Euros and all commissions will be your responsibility.

Returns policy

INAURES allows returns and exchanges, provided the piece is in perfect condition and in the following cases:

1- If after the order you wish to return the item, please contact us asap stating your full name and order number, that you were assigned at the time of purchase. Please remember that once having received
the order you have 7 days to communicate your decision (Artículo 44 de la Ley 7/1996 del 15 de Enero sobre Ordenación del Comercio Minorista modificada por la Ley 47/2002 del 19 de Diciembre). In this case you must contact us and report the return via e-mail: inaures@gmail.com or phone: (0034) 93 8947076.

You are responsable for returning the product through carrier and also responsable for the cost of resending. Please take note that if you send us back the package and charge the sending cost to us, we cannot accept it.

The piece or pieces you order must be returned in perfect condition along with the sales receipt and original packaging that may accompany it. When the piece is returned and having assessed its condition, INAURES will refund it by bank transfer, except the shipping costs, upon receipt of the prepayment by the customer.

2- If the product is faulty from the beginning: in the event that at the time of delivery of an order a client detects a problem (defects or damaged products or the wrong product) you must contact us indicating the damage within 24 hours after receiving it. We cannot accept any damaged item, if it has not been reported within the deadline of 24 hours. Please note, that all our products are shipped with the best of care in
order to avoid these situations. Once INAURES has received the damaged item and assesses that it is truly defective, we will send you another. In this case the exchange will always be for the same item or reference.

You will only be charged for the first shipment, INAURES being responsible of the postal costs of the new shipment.

3- The item can be changed if it is a gift and the item has not been tampered with and is in perfect condition.
The purchase price can never be refunded but the client can change it for another item of the same, or higher amount. Shipping costs and the price difference, if any, will be borne by the person or client that has placed the order.

INAURES will also accept a change in the shop in Sitges or return of defective items in the space not exceeding 7 days.

Items returned must be in perfect condition, and in the event the item is broken, scratched or otherwise, INAURES will not provide the return.
